Müberra Eresin Appointed as Honorary Consul of Norway in Istanbul
We are proud to share the exciting news that Ms. Müberra Eresin, Vice President of Eresin Hotels, has been officially appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Norway in Istanbul.
This prestigious appointment was made by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Ankara in recognition of Ms. Eresin’s longstanding contributions to the hospitality industry, her exceptional leadership, and her deep commitment to fostering international collaboration. The Honorary Consulate of Norway in Istanbul will now operate from Eresin Hotels Topkapı, further strengthening the ties between our hotel group and the diplomatic community.
Ms. Eresin brings decades of experience in tourism, hospitality, and public relations to this new role. In addition to her executive leadership within Eresin Hotels, she currently serves as the President of the Hotel Association of Turkey (TÜROB), where she actively works to advance Turkey’s tourism sector on both national and international platforms.
Her appointment as Honorary Consul will enhance the already strong cultural and economic relationship between Norway and Turkey. It will also provide a valuable resource for Norwegian citizens and businesses in Istanbul, offering consular support and serving as a bridge between the two nations.
