I. How do I cancel my booking in this situation?

If you have made your reservation online or through an agency, you can request a cancellation by contacting your relevant agency. Please note that the hotel has the right to directly cancel or make changes to reservations made through hotel website. Cancellation and change policies of intermediary companies at their initiative and independent of the hotel.

II. What is the cancellation policy related to Coronavirus?

If there are travel restrictions, flight cancellations and similar situations due to Covid19 coinciding with the accommodation dates of the guest, the hotel can cancel the reservation free of charge or change the reservation dates according to the guest's preference.

III. Can I move my booking to a future date?

If there are force majeures that will hinder your stay, you can contact the hotel for a later date. 

IV. Will I get charged additionally if I move my reservation to a future date?
